Why we built a policy platform
Across the CAQA family we work with education and service organisations whose obligations are written down: standards, legislation, funding agreements, audit frameworks. In every one of those organisations, policies and procedures are the connective tissue between an obligation and the day-to-day work that meets it.
Yet in most organisations that tissue is held together with shared drives, tracked-changes documents and good intentions. Versions drift. Approvals live in email. Nobody is quite sure who has read what. When an audit or a complaint arrives, the scramble begins.
CAQA Policies replaces the scramble with a governed library. Drafting, review, approval, version control, publishing, acknowledgement, review scheduling, related procedures, legislative mapping and archiving are one connected lifecycle - so the record of good governance is produced by doing the work, not reconstructed afterwards.

CAQA Policies is built and operated by Career Calling International Pty Ltd (ABN 53 162 651 238), trading as part of CAQA Groups, from Craigieburn in Melbourne's north. It pairs naturally with CAQA GRC - our governance, risk and compliance platform - and belongs to the wider CAQA ERP suite alongside the family's learning, quality and operations tools.
