This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules that apply to everyone who uses the CAQA Policies website and platform. CAQA Policies, part of CAQA Groups and Career Calling International Pty Ltd (ABN 53 162 651 238), provides policy and controlled-document management tools for education and service organisations, and these rules exist to keep the platform secure, lawful and dependable for every client.
Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to visitors to this website and to every user, administrator and organisation that accesses the CAQA Policies platform under a subscription. It forms part of the Platform Terms and of each client's written agreement, and administrators are responsible for making their users aware of it.
Lawful and intended use
The website and platform may only be used lawfully and for their intended purpose: managing an organisation's own policies, procedures and controlled documents. You must not use them to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, mislead or deceive any person, or interfere with any person, organisation or system.
Account security
Accounts are personal to the named user. You must not share credentials, use another person's account, sell or transfer access, or attempt to bypass authentication or permission controls. Suspected compromise of an account must be reported to us immediately so access can be secured.
Prohibited conduct
Without limiting the above, you must not: attempt unauthorised access to the platform, other clients' libraries or our infrastructure; probe, scan or test the security of our systems without prior written permission; introduce malware or other harmful code; interfere with, overload or disrupt the platform; scrape, harvest or bulk-extract content you are not authorised to hold; upload documents you have no right to reproduce; or use the platform to store or distribute unlawful, infringing or defamatory material.
Integrity of records
The value of the platform rests on the reliability of its records. You must not falsify approval or acknowledgement records, record sign-off on another person's behalf without documented authority, backdate or manipulate version histories, or otherwise misrepresent the status of a document. Suspected record-integrity issues should be reported to us immediately.
Fair use of resources
Platform resources are shared across clients. Bulk imports, large exports and high-volume acknowledgement campaigns should be run in a way that does not degrade the service for others, and we may apply reasonable technical limits, queueing or scheduling to protect the stability of the platform for all users.
Consequences of misuse
Where this policy is breached, we may remove offending content, disable affected workflows, suspend individual user accounts or, for serious or repeated breaches, suspend or terminate platform access in accordance with the Subscription Terms and the client's agreement. Where the law requires it, we may also notify the relevant authorities.

No payments through this website
No payments are taken through this website, so this policy contains no purchase or refund rules; commercial matters, including suspension for non-payment, are governed by the Subscription Terms and each client's agreement.
